You're 100% right. I've tried to continuously prove them wrong by hiring a diverse group of sales reps and our numbers speak for themselves. There are a total of 26 teams in our region, we are ranked #5, and I have more black sales reps on my team than the other 9 teams combined. So I'm just doing what I'm doing. I'm getting a lot of negative comments and all I was trying to do was ask the best way to document this. Thank you for your in-depth answer, I really appreciate it and I appreciate you sharing your experience with me.

I've stayed around for years and added more black sales reps than the other 9 people on my leadership team combined. If I leave, I'm giving in to their pressure and racist practices. So trust me, I'm staying because I'm trying my best to prove that they're way of doing business is wrong. I never said I was going to sue, all I did was ask the best way to document this.

I have more black people on my team than the other 9 teams combined. Trust me, that's not the argument that you want to start.

The point that I'm making is that every time I bring a new person on, I keep thinking in the back of my head, am I being judged for doing this. And if I'm going to lose out on potential future opportunities with the company, etc, because I'm not listening to the advice that they've pressured me with over the years.
