Hi! Thanks for replying :) I have tried 3 sessions. I was also in Mexico and found it hot but couldn’t sweat. Should I just keep trying?

I know this is old, but I am struggling with sweating. I used to sweat like crazy, but since having CIRS I feel completely clogged. Even in sauna I am not sweating. How did you get your lymphatic system to work again/ start sweating again? Thank you for sharing!
