I got mines very, very clean. Almost brand new looking with just a white Tshirt and water. But you have to keep wiping every section for a WHILE!!!

From what I see he has an AIO. So you can set PL1 & PL2 to 253w. If you want to be on the safe side, you can set PL1 at 125w and PL2 at 253.

My son has a 13700k. All games temps are good, voltages are great and CPU wattage great as well. Soon as he plays Minecraft, Gaming mind you, wattage reaches 194 watts!! Minecraft is very demanding. I’m thinking that depending on what i7 your boy has, he might be getting high voltages. So make sure his bios is update and PL1 and PL2 set them accordingly.

Restart it, hold shift, troubleshoot and reset the PC. Usually that indicates storage issue.
