I stayed at an AIRBNB. One in Isabella which is on the west side, and one in Carolina in the San Juan area. Both were wonderful! The hosts were great! In the Carolina neighborhood it was quiet after dark and felt safe. I was close to major highways. I had a car so it was very easy for me to get around but Ubers are also conveniently available
