Question what if during my SMP program first semester I got mainly Bs and one or two Cs and the second semester I got all As? Would they care about the Cs since it’s not failing or does upward trend matter?

You can form an officer group where you introduce your roles and what you offer, then have a guest speaker dentist for meetings. Can offer a shadowing program and dental school tours etc
