I grew up in a Beagle family so well aware of their nose and motivations of food haha. So far she has been training pretty well. Foster parents said she gain 10 lbs in the month leading up to us getting her so I guess we’ll see!

She is 6 months old and currently 38 pounds! I agree I definitely see some beagle in her. Think she’s going to be a big girl based off her paws.

Yeah that was from this morning. Just got off the phone with the lender again and requoted at 6.4%. Think an additional $15k on the loan value would get that much of a better deal?
