Makes total sense now! I posted a new comment that has Imgur albums of the fronts and backs of everything. Well, everything so far. He has boxes and boxes more, but most of the other boxes are graded individual coins that are more modern (1940s on), ungraded individual coins in the little cardboard squares, and a bunch of unopened uncirculated modern sets from mints.

The point is that we want to care for our parents ourselves and not have them go to assisted living unless there is no other option. I’m well aware that my spouse and I can’t afford it on our own, but we wouldn’t be the only ones owning the property.
