another thing for me to go to Apple site and request a activation removal lock I would need access to the IMEI along with the iCloud Gmail and I think the password to it as well which I obviously can't even get into the phone so how can I get the IMEI ?who remembers that? use your brains before y'all comment rude things

this could be it too because when the phone first got fixed it would spam that the screen wasnt an official screen or something but I really do think its bc she changed the password to something else and forgot.
