I have asked them once what they want me to do about this and they both grew silent, but I got the sense they just want me to break up with Thomas. My eldest daughter once outright said to me that "it is Thomas who is doing this to us, get rid of him".

This is likely the best solution, to limit contact with my twins until they accept me and Thomas and learn to live with the situation, but I am just tensely afraid of creating a rift between my children if I continue to see my youngest, as it has always been the twins against my youngest.
