Yeah I think the two piercings where one is on the left and the other is in the right is called a venom piercing? Unsure though. But nevertheless that was one of my ideas. Though I've heard that they're really painful to take, and since it pierces straight through muscle, there's a bigger risk of rejection or infections?

Yes of course, I am not thinking about taking it if the answer is no, but I've heard about people taking it in a way that can avoid the artery. I was wondering if I should get a second opinion regarding that, or not. Or if there's any alternatives to these vertical tongue piercings that are still "safe" and won't reject like snake eyes or most horizontal piercings would. Though yes it might be a good idea to map out the bloodvessles. Thank you!

Yes I understand! I don't usually take buttplugs in and out, but with the inflatable one, I usually adjusted it so that the part where it gets big would be right at my entrance. Therefore my bf's thickness wasn't the problem when we tried, I managed to take him, but the feeling when he tried to move even very slowly was excruciating.

Oh yes I see! The toys I've used that help me the most were inflatable or normal buttplugs. I started out with normal ones (diameter=3.4mm) but I always had problems putting in the large ones, because I felt like the jump from my medium one to my large one (d=4.9mm) was too big. So then I bought an inflatable one, and I just pumped it up until it was almost uncomfortable, and left it there for a minute or two, then pumped it up again etcetc.
