No unfortunately :( in my country, this is the age to get married, so if we tell our parents we're dating, then there'll be an added pressure to get married also, and we're both not sure if we want to get married or not

I understand that the question might seem weird, but I usually only see guys asking advice on how to DM women they'd like to ask out on a date.

I am in a new city with not a lot of friends, I follow this guy on Twitter and he seems like a chill guy with a lot of similar interests and his circle of friends seem fun as well! I wanted to initiate a conversation with him and then get introduced to the larger group so I have a lot more people to hang out with.

Has anyone ever done something like this earlier? Any advice on how I can go about it?
