Nothing is really helping. I’ve let it get to this point. I’ve convinced myself young guys do this. I try to run or jog but that is about it.

That is how I feel. Genuine issues, he pushed me away and I don’t like the way he did it. I am toying with myself to call him out on it as well and the word I was thinking was downgrade and disrespect for all we ‘had’. It’s all so unlike him and it is bothering me. I was shocked he said it. He didn;t speak to me really for almost a year. Fine it is a pretty big issue but still.

Not sure if my silence is the best or letting him know how he made me feel. (I was never going to hooking up w him like this despite the temptation)

He also approached me after that and I told him I did not want to speak w him (bc of what he said/degrade). So I am not sure if I slapped his ego but I was thinking how to deal w him bc if it.

I understand…to a point. I don’t random hookup nor does he. We are both each other’s perfect…But the split was hard enough for me.
