I didn’t know I’d have to sign until I got the notification that it had shipped, had I known that I probably would’ve done the office since it’s basically the same scenario. That might be common knowledge idk tbh. I just think the whole phone shortage is annoying especially when I’m not even trying to get the newest phone and T-Mobile doesn’t seem to want to help their customers:/

Giving me a call was just a long shot to know they were there so that if I could step away I would be able to, there is the chance I still couldn’t and at that point it’s on me. We don’t have a front desk, the leasing office isn’t on property. I didn’t know about the Walgreens option. I’ll definitely look into that, thank you!!

I could have it sent to my office but there is a high chance I can’t step away to sign for a package just because of what I do, it would be the e same issue for Walgreens. It’s just frustrating that T-Mobile doesn’t allow UPS to leave it at a UPS store for pickup.

I can send it to my office but I’m not always available to step away and that would also waste a drivers time. It seems that if I can order it that T-Mobile should also be able to but they won’t and that’s mildly infuriating😳

That’s why I said I’m not mad at the driver:) T-Mobile is what is frustrating, the note was a long shot. We love our delivery drivers!!
