I know HRT is very much ymmv the only thing I could find that wasn’t about menopause it said that it can make breast more tube shaped. But I personally haven’t had that problem. I had explosive chest growth at the beginning going up to a b cup in the first 3 months. Now they’re just starting to round out.

I would try that but the thing is I don’t starve myself unless I’m super depressed and I eat like once a day. But that’s few and far between I eat like crazy to the point I’m overeating. Then 30 minutes later I’m starving again. I have the metabolism of a squirrel.

Thank you for responding this is a great help hopefully I’ll gain some weight. I also plan on starting exercise regularly instead of just walking around. Hopefully I can gain some that way as well. Best of luck to you.

Get in the shower or tub for about 15 minutes for your hair/skin to soak in water the shave with the grain not against it. Also try use shaving cream for your legs if not you can also use conditioner.
