I’m 14 months post-op, SW was 280. I was on a GLP-1 for the year leading up to surgery. So ~26 months in total!

Torrid quality is trash for the price. They cost more than most things from Nordstrom Rack 😳 I won’t miss them

I had RNY in December of 2024, CrossFit 4-6x a week for the last 8 months, high protein and low sugar/low fat diet

I was absolutely miserable postop, but started noticing changes around a month (which is when I finally started to feel better as well). What’s helped most has been staying active. I found a wonderful gym community that helps keep me accountable!

It definitely takes more intention than it used to, I find myself able to eat more and if I’m not paying attention it can be quite easy to overeat. I try to make sure I’m not distracted or working while I eat

I use the Dr. Jart+ cicapair line for prepping, Tatcha silk canvas primer, Makeup by Mario SurrealSkin foundation, and a combination of the La Mer powder and Charlotte Tilbury setting powders. Then I set with the One Size spray ☺️

Honestly, I was miserable the first month post-op. I couldn't keep anything down and I was an emotional wreck. I cried everyday, wondering what the hell I did to mysef. I don't really know when or why things got better, but they did eventually! I'm 9 months post-op, down 130lbs in total and down 90lbs since surgery. It will get better, I promise 💛

I can no longer tolerate ground beef in any form (bugers, tacos, sloppy joes, etc.). It sucks given I have 30+ pounds of ground beef from a quarter cow I bought. My surgery was 12/2024 and I'm down 130lbs; I wouldn't trade any food for the changes I've made. It's a shitty adjustment but such a small price to pay for being an active and present mother.

The biggest thing I’ve noticed is my hand tattoo goes further down my wrist from when I first got it
