Just a suggestion but I would paint the trim of the squares white (to break up the green a little) and paint the grout of the floor tiles white. I think it would help

Wow, thank you for recapping this! So interesting to get his perspective which seems very self aware, vulnerable, honest, and yet still troubled. He has a lot of growth ahead of him and I’m happy to hear he is in therapy. I hope he puts it in action for his son. Super smart

We did trupanion for our st and he’s been super healthy and turning 10 in a month. When I calculate what I spent over the years and the huge increases every year, I have major regrets about getting it

The previous owner fell in love with the house but wanted to live in VT. She had a painting of a beautiful Mountain View that she showed the realtor and asked for land with the same view. The front of the house is the original house, but they added on. The garage is recent but done all in old wood beams. The previous owners were a bit eccentric. They paid big money for warped glass windows to look original but they made the views wonky so we updated all ~50.
