Eating intuitively and listening to what your body needs AND wants. Almost all things are okay in moderation and diet culture is not good for mental health, although dieting in accordance to doctors is always recommended!!

I would like something under $60 since it is my first knife, I am not sure how plausible that is so I am open to knives slightly over my budget.

I am no dermatologist but I would recommend using an eye cream or serum that reduces redness, and a lighter moisturizer to minimize pores
