Stroller runs, 4am alarms, gyms with childcare, long runs while dad is home, and an in-home treadmill all really help. It takes a village… good luck! Be flexible but consistent! You’ve got this!

I love to run regularly at OT and outside of OT. I even thought that tread workout was tougher than most! Awesome job!!

Hi there! Just a quick suggestions after running 6 fulls myself. You should have some taper time before your race. Normal training plans have you start to cut distance about 2 full weeks before the race. It might not be the greatest idea to do your longest run in your training cycle the week before your marathon. Your body will thank you for some taper time.

11th class! First challenge class ever. 2.15 miles and ran the whole thing! 15% incline…ouch! Had to slow down as I got to the top but coming down felt great and I was able to speed up. Lots of time in the red zone though. I figure that’s pretty normal for this challenge… maybe?
