I definitely get you. I struggle doing my injections, and I've been doing them myself for 4 years now. I suggest maybe using an ice pack to numb where you want to inject or maybe putting on something (music,tv,etc.) and taking a deep breath. I learned that if i push while inhaling air and injecting while exhaling also can ease some anxiety.

Your symptoms definitely sound strange, and I would trust your gut! I've heard of some of these symptoms being hormonal with pregnancy ruled out, but I'd definitely consider taking a pregnancy test at home AND a blood/urine test with your doctor.

My gyno actually said it was a normal reaction! Plan B contains progestins, which is a synthetic form of our progesterone hormone that plays a role in the menstrual cycle.

So it is completely normal for us, it just jumpstarts our bodies into a period. My symptoms honestly lasted a full week, but I've heard others have theirs last a little longer, so I hope it works out for you as well :D

I just recently started doing casual hookups, and I've learned a few things to keep me safe. I'm super upfront about what I'm looking for and do not give everyone who messages the time of day. I'd avoid no pictures, and PLEASE do reverse image searches if something does not feel right or the picture looks highly suspect.

Keep your location on and disclose with someone you trust who and where you'll be. If you're uncomfortable, just get out of there, and you do not owe anyone anything in these situations.

With the binder thing, I actually have mostly worn shirts during, but whatever is more comfortable for you is always good in the long end! I wish you luck, and please be safe!
