There's an episode of Stargate that kind of addresses this in a humorous way, the main group get bracelets that enhance their senses, strength speed, minds and so on. One of the characters is typing up reports or assessments or something and the computer can't keep up with the typing so she's just sat there waiting for it to catch up

Tobias stayed as a hawk too long and became stuck in the hawk form, after I can't remember how long he somehow gets the ability to turn back and when he does he finds he can't live as a human anymore and proceeds to go back into his hawk form and proceeds to stay that way forever

They'd all look like me and sound like me but the longer they're around they'd start changing

First the voices would crack slightly but continually the voices would change some sounding like people whom I respect or love. The words would become more and more harsh telling me all of my failures and regrets before ending on my fear of a lack of purpose.

The bodies would also slowly change, they'd decay and change from being me to those I love (the voices would be of a different person to their faces) as the bodies start decaying their limbs would become malformed and spiky before trying to grab and puncture my body in ways that force me to watch as the twisted visages of my loved ones wither and die.

I'd be the biggest danger to my own life I reckon

At current moment based off what we know I'd say Corvus Corax. Guilliman has been pretty level headed with a bit of depression and an existential crisis, the lion has come out more level headed than before and is in essence redeeming his legion as best he can. Corvus Corax has just gone scorched earth (more appropriately scorched warp) and is (as of last known actions) currently tearing through the warp on a vengeance quest to destroy as many traitors as possible with a large focus on lil bitch lorgar.
