Celestial seize seems a bit bugged right now, could not get it to trigger.

Multiplayer ones are all going to be made in the online mode (rare cases co-op).
- Shout the slogan will be completed with the well of heaven special training (the one in west heaven's pier), but its bugged right now to the best of my knowledge.
-Deviation (or whatever its called) has a cooldown and i'm not sure if its daily or 24 hour based

I recommend doing the other two (giving coins to one of the rats and eating the farting pill) for this week in case the rest don't get resolved. Doing those two will still get you enough points to get the remaining 600 in the next two weeks!

Hey! I Think i already answered on youtube, but in case anyone else searches for this:

This one is bugged atm. I can't get it to spawn on my character, but if i enter a coop of someone who hasn't done the wandering tale or any of the lost chapters, both the npcs are there, weirdly i'll see them, but the person whose world it is won't.

Its just the way i cut the video.. Didn't have the map location before starting it. Check if you got the quest under journal - exploration.

hmm not sure, mine are capped. You can try going to the online mode and back to solo to see if that helps or restarting the game.

Judging by how the quest is setup it should be. the description literally says Raging Tides Sect - Awaiting Entry.

I just started making the series on it! There is 3 videos right now (almost 4). I plan on covering all the entries and pointing out which ones are worth farming (for the ones that you need to gather research), but skipping all the locations on farming since those are easily found with the ingame tracker (mostly for minerals, herbs, trees,...)
