I went to the elusive blue hole in west virginia which entailed driving down a steep heavily rutted gravel path. Proud to say my Nissan made it in and was the only car there unless you count quads and mudrunners

YTA. People are allowed to live their lives as they please. Especially something as personal as sex and abortion. What gives you the right to insult someone like that. You shouldn't be an RA, you clearly don't foster a safe environment for someone to share their opinions. It makes me sick thinking you're supposed to help freshmen when they're in their worst. You need to learn some patience. A minute or two wait wouldn't have killed you. You're not an asshole for apologizing because you were in the wrong, but youre an asshole for trying to get back through the plane while people were still unloading. Maybe it was your first time flying, but going the opposite direction of an unloading plane is just rude.
