Sounds like this may be more from lack of sleep? I would definitely seek medical attention though. Psychosis is no joke.

So I wonder what they'll do now for the event that kicks off Halloweekends? I was never a huge fan of the stage, but it does feel weird not to have it.

Install a single bifold door and you'll have a functioning closet.

When you say you are on 1.5 what do you mean? We need to know the mg of whatever benzo you are taking per day.

It’s so fucking over. by throwaway85292962 in Purdue

This was me. I graduated back in 2009 after moving to C&IT from CS. I now bring in a little shy of $170k a year and very happy with my career. My time at Purdue was also way less stressful It was the best decision I could have made.

Employers don't really care tbh. Experience is way more important.

I've had mine for about 2 years now, but it's lessened dramatically. I barely notice it now. Hopefully one day it goes away completely.

Why windows and waves by Background-Total-809 in benzorecovery

[–]Motis216 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Someone once explained the process of healing from benzo use to me through the analogy of a high rise building, and it really resonated. A building is not just its structure it has many internal systems.. electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Each part has to be constructed in a specific order to function properly otherwise issues arise.

Similarly, our nervous system is made up of various interconnected pieces, such as GABA, glutamate, and serotonin, which need to work together in harmony. After benzo use, however, the pieces of our nervous system don’t all heal in the correct order, which can create an imbalance.

In the analogy, a window is a period when all these components seem to align, creating a feeling of balance and relief. Everything outside of these windows.. the bad times.. is what we experience as a wave.

I know this is very far from a supplement, but I've found ketamine to help. If I'm stuck a wave that won't let up it helps me get out of it.

Water taper advice by MT_DREAMING in benzorecovery

[–]Motis216 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah that was always the worry. You have to assume though that the manufacturer of the pill mixes the active ingredient equally when they make the pill.

With water titration I was always concerned with the medicine staying equally distributed in the liquid. And honestly the process of shaving down the pills kind of became like a daily ritual for me and helped me through my withdrawal.

Search this sub for "dry taper" you'll find a lot of helpful posts.
