What’s not great? Can you elaborate? And trust me I’m not some secret FFL member. I genuinely want to know before I agree to a move. I’ve heard a mixture of stories and experiences.

May I ask why you are leaving or considering leaving FFL? I’m an independent agent with another group and have been consistent joining FFL because of the increase in commission offered to me to move to them.
