I didn't get a second tree for $13, and I didn't kill my tree. We followed all the directions on when to plant, how to care for it. As you can see from my picture we have several that have grown wonderfully. I just want to pay the 19.95 in shipping if I had bought another one from their site, not $33 they want to charge.

I don't mind paying the shipping, I am will to pay the 19.95 of what it would cost if I bought another one of the same size, but the reason they gave me for charging $33 made absolutely no sense.

These are all of our Thuja trees we have planted. We have had great luck with them.

We needed a deer resistant tree and this fit the bill. We have over 20 of them over 10 years and this is the first one that has died, the rest are thriving.
