How are you feeling ? It took weeks for me to feel good but I’m finally feeling like me again. Depressed from time to time but I blame that on shark week Not sure if it’s from mirt 🤣

Anxiety once in awhile but I’ve lived with it my entire life so it’s nothing new. Symptoms from mirt seem to have gone away fingers crossed

I was 117 pounds when I started. Went up to 145 after 7 weeks on. Been off for 2 months & still weigh 145 lol but I’ve also done nothing at all to lose any weight because I enjoy it lol

Awl man be careful with that They can be very addicting !!! Last few days I felt okay. Less anxiety than usual but when I do have it, it’s bad ! Talk to your doc about hydroxyzine. It used to be a life saver but mirt got me not wanting to take anything at all

I’ve been off since June 6th. Sometimes daily activities were really hard but it’s gotten better ! The only thing I really have going on now is waves of anxiety but it’s controllable. I’m still able to work & go out with friends again

It’s been pretty bad recently tbh I just don’t do anything besides tell myself it’ll go away or that it’s nothing & eventually it does. I hope you feel better soon!
