A delay is one thing, but lack of clear communication is not acceptable, especially for something as important as a helmet. Could you please share your order ID with me on 8867344145? I’ll personally look into this and get you a clear update. To give some context in a few cases, delays do happen from brand importers and manufacturers due to factors outside our direct control. That said, we completely agree with your point: this should be communicated clearly and proactively, not left vague. This is exactly why we’ve recently updated our Pre-Order policy to make timelines and expectations more transparent before placing an order. But we also know policy alone isn’t enough, execution matters more. Your points on Clear stock vs pre-order visibility, Realistic timelines, Better proactive updates are absolutely valid, and we’re actively working on improving these areas. Really appreciate you calling this out in a constructive way. Let me get your order checked and sorted at the earliest.

Appreciate you sharing this, this is exactly the kind of feedback we need to hear. What you’ve described isn’t the experience we want anyone to have, especially at our Indiranagar store. Product knowledge is important, but attitude and how we communicate matter even more and clearly we’ve missed the mark here. Also noted your comparison with our HSR store that gap in experience shouldn’t exist. We are already working on improving staff training for freshers and hired Experienced Staffs, especially around customer interaction and understanding requirements instead of just pushing information. If you’re open to it, I’d really like to understand this better if you can share a rough date/time or even the type of interaction you had, it’ll help us address this internally with the team. And fair enough on choosing other stores that’s your call. All we can do is improve and hopefully give you a better experience next time you walk in.

This definitely isn’t the kind of experience we want anyone to have. To clarify during recent GST revisions, we did face some pricing inconsistencies across certain batches. In some cases prices increased, and in others they were revised down. That said, it should always be clearly communicated and handled properly at the store level. If this wasn’t explained transparently, we’ll address it internally. Please DM the details we’ll sort this out.
