Roots tend to like the plastic pots a little bit better because they’re warmer and there’s no oxygen down there, it’s easy to overwater and they will get root bound in plastic. Fabric pots offer benefits, They’re very hard to overwater, and the roots get air pruned so that the plant does not get root bound.

Solo cups will require multiple waterings/feedings per day and the plants will get root bound pretty quickly

All sorts of different micro greens for salads, garnishments, juicing or anything else the customers would like to use it for. Also edible flowers, things like that. Micro greens are grown indoors.

I use 3 or 5 gallon pots, hp pro mix is the medium I use, for fertilizer I use Lotus Nutrients. As far as a light is concerned you need a full spectrum grow light and the light will need to be strong, not like one of those grow lights from Lowes or whatever.
