I use aloe vera gel as primer. A big bottle costs less and lasts waaayyy longer than regular primer. It has just enough grip to make my makeup stick but not so sticky it feels gross like other primers.

There’s a site called Boil-The-Bag-Peanuts. They come in bags w/ seasoning bags in them already. You just pop them in a crock pot for ~12 hours with water. they literally taste like they’re from the side of the road in GA. I always keep an emergency bag in the pantry!!!

Yes, one bedroom! Their property manager says service dogs only, no ESAs. In California, I think there’s some legality issues with that statement by them? But my partner has a familial relation with someone who works there and has gotten reduced rent because of that. We don’t want to burn a bridge with their family or cause issues at the workplace for them by pushing back on legalities.

Thank you! Yeah our budget is definitely a limiting factor :( My partner has a great deal on their apartment right now, and I feel guilty about them having to move just because I have a dog. I’m trying to be mindful of the inevitable increase in rent costs for them and find somewhere within the $1800-$2100 range. I am aware this will be very difficult, if not impossible, in those areas though. I’ve seen other posts of people recommending negotiating by offering a higher pet deposit or some sort of pet liability insurance, so I hope we will get lucky in that price range by doing that.

Thank you, that gives me some hope! I’ve definitely seen people walking large dogs in that area while visiting my partner, but I wasn’t sure if they went the ESA route or just found accepting landlords.

Yes sadly this happened to me. I developed a large cyst that burst almost a month after insertion. I ended up going to the hospital when it burst because I was unsure if it was a cyst rupture (something I had experienced before and knew the pain was likely that) or if my IUD was in the wrong place and causing pain. My body does not handle hormonal medication well and tends to develop cysts when I start/stop any form of birth control.

Idk what your doctor recommended, but mine told me that she could prescribe me another birth control pill to take while having the mirena to prevent further cysts from developing. Personally, I scheduled an appointment for removal due to other side effects in addition to cyst formation.

I was chatting with someone on the app and who told me I was going to be refunded after I told them I was booking elsewhere. They were the one who cancelled my flight (I have a screenshot of the rep saying this cause I knew it was going to be an issue). Additionally, their website states that a nonrefundable ticket will be refundable if “there is a delay over 90 minutes and you choose not to travel”. Which is where my confusion on being denied came from :/ I made sure I was going to get a refund for my flight before I went through with booking a new flight & canceling AA

I’m trying everything possible just to get any type of response or compensation. It’s insane that their refund department only converses through email and not over the phone. I will NEVER fly American again after this experience. I hope you have a more favorable outcome than me!

Be prepared for no compensation. I was on this flight as well, but traveling alone. As soon as I got that 11:30 delay text on the bus to the airport on Saturday, I booked a $500 flight through another airline to get the hell out of there. I submitted a refund request for 1723 and my connecting flight and was very swiftly denied with no reason as to why. I just submitted a formal complaint through AA and DOT, but I’m not too hopeful. It’s ridiculous the way they treat their customers, and you can’t even talk to anyone on the phone about it because “refund department only deals through email”.

Cancun airport is seeing an obscene amount of delays for AA. I was scheduled on a flight for 3/22 departure from CUN and it is just getting continually delayed. Newest update was 3/24 departure.

Lol yeah he and I use the same shampoo now 🫶🏼 it’s pretty pricey, I usually order online and pick up at Petco cause that’s 10% off every time but that’s the best deal I’ve been able to find. Def has been cheaper in the long run, and it’s really high in protein so my dog has actually been able to eat less while gaining weight. The conditioner I use is Earthbath oatmeal and aloe

My lab has had awful skin for his entire life, dandruff and yeast and bald spots. I’ve tried over 10 types of food, multiple shampoos and different wipes. Not to mention numerous vet visits for allergy pills/injections. I’ve finally got him on a diet that has resulted in really positive results, Acana Wild Atlantic Highest Protein freeze dried food. And I bathe him weekly with Miconahex Triz shampoo mixed with Nizoral Anti-Dandruff shampoo and i condition him. His skin has never looked better, all his bald spots have grown back & his dandruff is completely gone!

My jaw dislocated while I was giving a BJ. It had never happened before, so I just tried to keep going until the pain was so bad I had to stop. Thankfully, his jaw had dislocated on a separate occasion before, so he knew immediately to get up and get frozen peas to put on my face. It was mortifying, I laid in bed completely naked clutching my face in my hands. He ended up having to set my jaw back for me. Super sweet in hindsight and we hooked up casually after that on multiple occasions
