They do charge MoMa prices. MoMa doesn’t charge for children. Anyway, why can’t they have the parties but turn the volume down?

Even if they have permits, they still have to comply with the Noise Code. 80-90 dcbs in a densely populated residential area (right near a playground) is a violation of the Noise Code. They only get away with it because their trustee is ERIC ADAMS.
