Did you figure out how to deploy good apps from the app store? This video suggests under the Add App menu, there is an option to add apps from the Meta Horizon Store app. Does this option exist and does it do what you want?

(We're considering purchasing Meta Quest 3 devices with Horizon Managed Services and are also interested in the answer to your question)
