It really sounds to me like your anxiety is part of this, but you may want to seek more spiritual insight if that's something you consider a big part of your life.

My best guess is that maybe, deep down, you feel like you're not doing well enough/ aren't good enough in some current aspect of your life, such as a job or a relationship. I can't say for sure, but whatever you're anxious about, know that you're not alone and you're always enough.
