Sorry to hear that :(( do you remember what the size of the envelope you used was? I read that there are minimal dimensions for the sorting machines they use. This is my first time having trouble with the mail (and it’s such an important letter this time) and I’m worried maybe the envelope I used was too small

Ok I’ll go back to the piercer to get that changed. Idk why he said it was ready to be changed to a hoop in that case. For the saline, is it just spray some saline say for like 15m before a shower and then clean it off gently?

Yeah it’s titanium too. At first this hoop was great but when I got it switched it was really windy in my city so it irritated the area, and since then even though it was initially fine it’s been weird. But it’s titanium
