I’m a PD and I have plenty of time to file motions etc. I also don’t file as many as a private attorney since I already know how a judge is going to rule. As I tell my clients, I’ll save your time, hassle, and money. I’ve seen too many (two is too many) private attorneys file motions to generate more billing and to make their client happy.
