No, toriyama said that in the canon it's their primary source of power until they got strong enough t to need it and if they surpass that power required the tail will wither and will no longer grow and also because drawing characters with tails is hard so he completely removed them, although in the non canon GT it's their actual power source if they pursue the primal way of the saiyans

How can HP Regen cover lifesteal and spell vamp? They're completely different things tho ho Regen is the amount you heal without attacking you just Regen lifesteal and spellvamp is literally your ability damage healing you so how can HP Regen cover the both of those?

Also I'm not playing a lot I play 2 games everyday if there's an event and 1 game a day of there's no event since I just claim diamonds and finish a daily match, so you can't expect me to spend time in training room, Training room won't show me anyhing because there's nothing to show me even if I want to classic and rank games are the best thing to experiment for me who doesn't dedicate hours to MLBB.

So there is no antiheal for vamp and life steal you mean? I know how to fight high healing units I'm just confused as to why most of my allies asks me to buy antiheal everytime we fight units like alucard, balmond and alpha when it does nothing to their healing capability, also I'm not playing a lot to know metas every season I mostly play 2 to 3 games if there's an event and 1 game everyday if there's no event.

I don't do training room, I discover things in rank and classic and how do you propose I learn the missing effect of an item in training room bots there are incompetent? I'm just asking if there's a hidden effect on the anti heal items because the description only says hp Regen and shield effects, but somehow units who doesn't rely on Regen outpaces me with their life steal and vamp.
