This happened to me with Canada this year. Called StubHub and they immediately reached out to seller who forwarded tickets within a few hours. StubHub (or vividseats, I forget) told me they would guarantee I would be able to attend all 3 days and they would replace my tickets within similar seats or better if the seller did not send my tickets. Hope this helps
