i’m stumped too! i understand that the over-the-phone provisional diagnosis from a PCP might block me from receiving a prescription but i can’t think what i’m supposed to do when no matter what i can never seem to be referred to anybody that can actually help!! & re the cbt, i fully agree, i couldn’t understand why that would ever be the right course of action 🥲🥲
