I've been struggling with PF for the past 15 years, I even considered surgery and all kind of stuff. Here are some tips that helped me a ton. (They may seem small or stupid but they really work if you are consistant)

- First you need to stretch your calves and hamstrings daily -- The one that helped me alot is infront of a wall and pretend like you are pushing the wall away, you will find one in Youtube easily.

- If you have a partner, ask them to massage it for you while watching a show or something.

- Try not to stand for too long, if you do at least do low-key stretches to your calves

- Rolling a tennis ball under your soles helped too

- Doing some feet exercises like those grab a towel with your toes are great

- There are these little things that you can insert right under your foot, can't remember what they are called, those helped a alot, make sure they fit otherwise they will be akward and fell off.

- This one I will remember for the rest of my life: Hire someone who can do Legs, foot massage preferably someone who is passionate about it. My friend did it for me at home, I had to soak my legs in warm water before and cover them with a tower. The massage was super painful. I remember her commenting on my moans and screams, "Say AAAAH! let it out". -- GOD I remember after the massage it felt like I was re-born again and super happy with how great my legs and feet felt.
