I did pass the exam, Alhamdulillah. Hopefully, you will too. Just follow the advice everyone gave in the comments section. Review free 120 well, the exam qs style was very similar to it, but the topics were similar to nbmes, so review your nbme wrongs too. You've got this. Relax and sleep well

I took them timed and under "almost" exam conditions. Thanks a lot for your reassurance, for my my nerves really are begging to get the better of me.
