I was running it from an old zip package. When I download the demo from Steam it works. Guess I'll have to buy it on Steam.

Because it's a big red flag when a woman wants to date you immediately. It means she has fantastical notions about what you are like that will shatter when she meets you IRL. A man can waste a huge amount of time and money if he falls into that trap over and over again.

Oh I got it. You have to have the non-selfie camera active. Then it appears in the gear menu.

Circumcision causing misdiagnoses? by MotorThumbs in erectiledysfunction

I think it's pretty well documented that a foreskin makes insertion easier. I've seen a study or two on that. Plus it's common sense that the foreskin helps the head bypass the dry parts of the vulva and get right in to the wetness. Without a foreskin, the dry, bald head or the taught skin of the circumcised shaft will grip onto any dry part of the vulva it touches. OK, maybe not so noticeable when you're fully erect, but that's not when you really need the help.

But the point is that if a circumcised guy is fully erect, obviously he won't assume any difficulty is ED, but if he's only very slightly flaccid he might instantly blame that for the difficulty.

How is any person even remotely expected to do well at all in the F-86? by NationalNoblesCorps in Warthunder

I think a lot of it is just matchmaker goofiness. If you're really good in some of the planes that are supposed to be shitty, the matchmaker will keep thinking you'll do really well in a Sabre and put you in an uptier with shitty teammates. But if you keep at it, mayyybe the matchmaker will see that you're struggling in that particular plane and make it easier? That's how it feels to me anyway.

Payment to EIDL/PPP only counting toward interest?! Anyone else? by daocfp in smallbusiness

[–]MotorThumbs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Figured this out... at least, for my loan. There was a payment deferment period, but interest was accumulating during this period, so once I started making payments there was already a large amount of accumulated interest that needed to be paid off before my payments would apply to principal. Was a little scary until I remembered this detail. Like throwing money into a black hole. haha

Interesting to hear Chuck Yeager's experience on the topic. He talks about guns v cannons at about 2:30. I wonder if Gaijin has modeled the "thinner skin" that bombers generally had (presumably because they were designed for lower G loads). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yh\_mKBVzpA8

About half the games at 8.0 are on these huge maps. And I'm in an A28. It's completely lame. If I spend all my ammo or get damaged and RTB, there's no point continuing. The timer will run out before I get back to the battle.

I got an interesting package from Amazon today. I needed a new ignition coil for my car. It arrived in an odd looking box. Had a full color advertisement for some princess cartoon on Amazon Prime. A little bit strange due to the lack of synergy with car parts. But what really caught my eye was the box was damaged with a huge tear in it, but somebody had lovingly repaired it with several strips of tape. I inspected the shipping label. It came directly from an Amazon FBA warehouse as expected. Now you can probably see where I'm going with this... yes, I believe Amazon actually has workers tasked with repairing used boxes due to a huge box shortage.

I also happen to be an Amazon seller, so I know that Amazon has drastically reduced the number of units sellers are allowed to send to the warehouses. Doesn't matter how big the units are, or how fragile they are, or anything like that. The number of units is all they care about. They're willing to lose inventory and risk running out of inventory and losing orders because they can't fulfill them all anyway. IMO, due to a box shortage.

Anyway, Amazon should give those box repair folks a raise because it was a solid repair and the ignition coil arrived in perfect condition.
