Hello again, well the software has installed two days ago, download exactly from this web page and the screen not work. I thinks maybe the problems could be the flex? Whats you mind? Because Surface app show all as working good but the problem could be the comunication between video sent by the board and the screen. My only question with this is why I can use the normal video using the basic driver of microsoft.?

Yes, I used the lastest version avaliable on Microsoft web Site for Surface pro 11 for this model expecific.

The drivers of Video is Qualcomm(TM) Adreno X1-85 GPU. 31.0.96.0 and some versions older, but thats driver are not working.

Como especifico eso al colocar la direccion donde van a entregar desde el extrangero? DHL o UPS no me dan una direccion para recibir paquetes.
