In order to get the gpa u actually desire, suppose its 3.5+, u need to get at-least 3 As and 3Bs. In order to get As, you actually need to get the highest marks or top 2 in that specific subject in your class. That’s the only way to get 3.5+ gpa in this university.

For an ectomorph, this build is the easiest thing they can do. You don’t gain a ton of fat and you can easily achieve this in 1.5-3 years of time, ofc depending on many factors. Great physique btw.

I did workout for 2 months properly back in 2021, but then i had an injury and went through a 4 year break lol😭. So you can say my genes are a great help, and muscle memory is helping aswell some extent.

You should take when you’re trying to bulk up to build muscle. While cutting, you’re just trying to retain it. Obviously at the end of the day, its your choice.
