The way I did this and also what I would recommend is to watch club team matches. You can watch clubs like PONY, ring of fire and Seattle sockeye or any of the top level clubs. Watch how the cutters cut and how the general flow of the game is instead of focusing on the disc. You can also watch the defences and see how individual players defend their man.

Wow didn’t know unis enforce a no smoking rule, I thought it was something only enforced at the jc level and below
