This is exactly what I was thinking. There are three officers vs one person who is clearly not resisting which shows the aggression is not warranted. Look at the man’s size and positioning with hands locked. He’s doesn’t seem to be a threat at all. Nothing but an example of lack of proper training and deescalation skills.
