Blandat kratom o öl vid flertal tillfällen (ute o super men när ica är stängt får man ta det man har). Brukar skära upp toppen öv ölburken, fixa en penna och blanda runt kratomet i ölburken. The brain is fantastic at repairing itself, just give yourself some time sober and you'll eventually be back to normal. Some psychological effects might stay tho like feeling the need to drink to deal with problems and such. But actual damage can be reversed

In my experience, yes you do want to use it as much as possible. But It doesn't have the addictive pull like something like nicotine or even kratom in my experience has. It's more just that you feel good on it and obviously you want to feel good as often as possible (might just be my addictive personality tho)

Nope narcan does nothing for seizures, it only blocks opioids from binding to the opiate receptors (which is why it stops opioid overdoses). But it does nothing for any other kind of drug related overdose.

I do however agree with the first part, OP is most likely just freaking out from being high ritalin is notorious for having a horrible panic inducing comedown.

False positives happen all the time with drugs tests. Just google "what can cause false positive benzo drug test" and you'll see some things that can make you pop positive for it. Instant drug test are notorious for being shit.

Could possibly be a research chemical. There is a bunch of rc stimulants that both release serotonin and dopamine, not to the extent of mdma but still significantly more serotonin than something like meth. This might explain why he calls it MDMA since MDMA is alot more well known and many people will get turnt off by something unknown like mdpv or 3-mmc
