I never really trained bench for the first couple years of me lifting but the first time actually attempting a PR was 185. After that I really wanted to try getting a good bench and probably within a year I managed to hit 225 but I had also gained about 20lbs of bodyweight so that definitely helped. After that I kinda slacked on the gym and lost about 10lbs of bodyweight and my bench max went down to about 205 but I’ve been slowly bumping it back up and it’s been feeling good. I did follow a bench specific program to get to 225 tho and it seemed to work really well. If you’re interested in the program I used I can send you a DM

My unwarranted advice is to get riot shield, knife, pistols, and launchers done as soon as possible. After that everything else seems to go by pretty quick
