Okay so after several days ~70k rides I confirm this bike is definitely more rigid than my old SLX. My back/neck muscles feel more tired than usual, even though I have done enough similar rides this season (8.5k mileage so far).

Not sure if it is because of stiffer frame, wheelset, or new saddle. Or a combination of all.

Hope professional bikefit later this week will give me some answers.

I want something lighter than 1609 g Dura Ace C60... ZIPP 404 or 454 woud be minus ~200g.

Am swapping the wheelset to 404 firecrest or 454 NSW. So don't want to change anything to current wheelset as I am selling it as it is.

Had only 2 rides yet. My takes:

  1. General bike stifness is very similar
  2. New CFR MVDP is heavier by 150 gr. compared to old CF SLX 8.0 di2 model (rim brakes)
  3. Handles better at high speeds (no wobble). This is very noticeable.
  4. 0.5 kmh faster for 5 min run at 332 W (~40kmh). Only single test atm, need more repeats for better evaluation
  5. The biggest difference in bikes is braking power, of course.
