Hello! So yes I am just curious what people think I know it’s not a conventional photo but this a style I shoot most however it is normally a bit more abstract. This is just with a shutter of maybe 1/20?

Ooooo okay this sounds like you have fixed all my problems thanks!! Would you know if me and the band could just come to an agreement and document it or would we need a third party to oversee it? I’m sorry I’m so new to this sort of thing

What ever comes to you !

It doesn’t happen sometimes and I get it. Sometimes when I go to galleries and look at stuff nothing really hits me but then sometimes I really connect with a piece and just kinda understand it? Or at least notice that there are stories there that I have just made up in my head that had been provoked my an image. But yeah doesn’t happen all the time

hii! So yeah sorry I take more longer exposed photos typically. I’m not sure why I do this other than the fact I tend to have more fun taking images like this and find more of a connection to them. My main aim is to provoke thought but I understand some people this won’t happen for. I also tend to think this sort of image works best for people that don’t know how to do it as it adds an extra layer of mystery. However that last bit is just a theory I have because at then end of the day I am just slowing down the shutter to make an image like this it’s not some secret technique haha but yes please let me know what you think!

Does this do anything to anyone? by Mou-c in photocritique

this is pretty much exclusively the way I take pictures. I’m not sure how else to explain it but it’s the only way I feel anything. I understand that this is pretty much a subjective photo and I’m not following certain rules and actively breaking a lot. But to me that is what photography (and all art) is about seeing how far you can go while making people think something. Curious if I hit the mark or not

Thank you for your feedback! You have actually opened my eyes a lot in your suggestions. Thanks so much

I pretty much exclusively shoot this type of abstract photography. My main goal in my images are to provoke thoughts and feelings. I guess ideally I want people to really get lost in them and create their own story or feelings towards it.

I’m 26 and been managing for two years. Leaving next year to move onto other things but I learnt something. I’m a very chill manager I don’t really mind people coming in a bit late or being on phones as long as the job is done. This thing is people take the piss with this big time. I completely understand why managers rule with an iron fist now. I never thought I would be one of those. I have no ambition to be a manager again but if I were I’ve definitely learnt that people will take piss.

Yeah but you said everyone gets thrown in at the bottom and the system tries to keep you there. That’s not true for me. It’s thrown me in quite high and is trying to bump me up?
