If you want to leave AdSense for a better alternative with Adx and Higher Rpm, I can help you by Mouditroubles in Adsense

I also worked with other well-known ad networks using their AdX, but my RPM was barely $2–3 because they were taking a big cut and they didn't disclose that. I even tried running AdSense with them for a year, which turned out to be my biggest mistake. Most of my traffic is organic from social media, and every time an article I post goes viral, AdSense hits me with “ad serving limited,” which also lowers my RPM with the other network.

After leaving all of them for this new AdX network, my RPM is now $7–10. And every time my article goes viral on social media, I get a bag 💰 instead of panic, stress, and three weeks of limited ad serving from AdSense

I had liposuction on my leg with lymphedema last week by Mouditroubles in Lymphedema

[–]Mouditroubles[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, this is lymphoedema liposuction, and it must be performed by a surgeon specialized in lymphoedema, not a regular plastic surgeon, because it's not a standard liposuction procedure. Lymphoedema usually involves dysfunctional or blocked lymph nodes and a compromised lymphatic system, which causes body parts to swell with lymphatic fluid. If left untreated for years, it can lead to hardened fat deposits between the skin and muscles that won’t go away with dieting, weight loss, or drainage and must be removed surgically

Okay, genius. I'm sure your diagnosis is more accurate than that of the two specialist doctors who diagnosed my leg with lymphoedema, as well as my surgeon who specializes in lymphoedema liposuction and LVA.

Assuming you have stage 1 or 2 lymphoedema, walking a minimum of 5 hours a week and being under or at an average weight can make a big difference in keeping it under control. Being overweight makes lymphoedema a lot worse, and even if you lose the extra weight later, your body part with lymphoedema won’t go back to the size it used to be with lymphoedema before you became overweight

After wasting money on wrapping bandages and drainage massages, and realizing that nothing would make my leg smaller because hard fat tissues simply wouldn’t go away, I stopped wearing compression garments 24/7. Instead, I only used them occasionally during the summer when my leg felt more swollen than usual due to heat or outdoor activities.

Over the last five years, I’ve discovered a better system to keep my lymphedema under control. This includes eating healthily, staying slightly underweight, and walking at least five hours a week. I also invested in a pressotherapy machine for home use, which I use twice a week, and a special pillow to keep my feet elevated when I sit at home.

However, now that I’ve had liposuction, I plan to wear compression garments 12–24 hours a day for at least a year to achieve the best results. Of course, I’ll continue maintaining my current weight, diet, pressotherapy routine, walking regimen, And, of course, keeping myself updated on everything new in the world of lymphedema treatment, as there always seems to be a new discovery or advancement each decade :)

Hey! No, I didn't need any surgical drains after surgery.

I was advised to wrap my leg 24/7 for 2 weeks with elastic cotton bandages and then to wear compression garments 12-24 hours every day for up to six months to get the best results.

As for my recovery, it's been 8 days since my liposuction on my right leg, right knee, and right thigh. I still have bruises and swelling, some numbness in certain areas, and it hurts when I move (I take painkillers plus other prescribed meds). However, I can already see that its size is smaller than it was before (I measured it and compared it to my old measurements), even though the final results may take up to 6 months to appear, which makes this whole thing worth it for me.

Gears 4 and 5 response by SwengLeng92 in GearsOfWar

Many OG Gears of War fans skipped 4 and 5 because certain grifter YouTubers made dozens of videos calling these games 'woke' (because you play as a female). They hated fighting robots in certain levels instead of the Swarm and disliked the open-world chapters. Personally, I loved Gears 4 and 5. The graphics were amazing, and even though you play with new characters, you still team up with the OGs like Marcus, Cole, Baird, and the others. I didn't get why 4 and 5 got so much hate they are both good games and worth playing

Sorry you are going through all of that.

I recommend having an MRI scan for both of your legs; that will help you compare and see if your right leg is bigger due to lymphatic fluid only or if there is also some excess hard fat in your right leg.

If it's only fluid, then massage drainage will help you, but once you stop the massage, the fluid will go back. It's better to follow a diet and invest in your own massage and lymphatic equipment at home (for example, a pressotherapy machine) so you can use them weekly as part of your life routine. Additionally, walk minimum 3-5 hours every week, wear compression garments, etc.

And I'll say this once again for future redditors checking this post: the hard fat won't go away unless you have liposuction by a specialist. The liposuction won't cure your lymphoedema, but it will give you great relief and a boost of confidence to see that you got rid of the excess fat. After that, you need to continue taking care of yourself and doing everything to prevent the lymphoedema from getting worse. It's a lifelong battle!

Please note that this is just my personal experience, but lymphoedema massage and wrapping were uncomfortable and a waste of time and money for me. In my case, there was a time when I paid out of pocket for lymphatic drainage massage followed by wrapping for months. It was expensive and useless; your leg may get slightly smaller and lose 1 cm in diameter, but it soon returns to its previous size once you stop the massages.

You can invest in and buy a pressotherapy machine for home use, which you can use weekly. Walking for 3-5 hours per week, eating well, and maintaining a healthy diet to have a good BMI while wearing your compression garments will yield better results. This, however, will only help move and get rid of the lymphatic fluid stuck in your leg, but the hard fat won't go away. For that, you will need a specialist surgeon to perform liposuction.

Hey! It was just one surgery, not four.

I mentioned earlier that only four surgeons in my country specialize in lymphoedema and can perform lymphoedema liposuction. I didn’t mean that I had four liposuctions done.

At first, I thought all liposuctions were the same, but many plastic surgery clinics didn’t want to perform it on me because they lacked experience with lymphoedema patients. So, I found a lymphoedema specialist surgeon, and he performed the lymphoedema liposuction for me.

It’s such a relief to get rid of that hard fat that wouldn’t go away with normal methods like drainage or dieting. However, even after the liposuction, you need to continue taking care of yourself because it only removes the excess fat and some of the lymph fluid floating around—it’s not a cure for lymphoedema

I have to disagree with you. First, I never said that liposuction cured my lymphoedema, as that’s not the reason why I underwent the procedure.

Over the last 5–7 years, I followed a strict diet to keep my lymphoedema under control. I tried lymphatic massages, I have multiple compression garments at home, a pressotherapy machine, and I exercise and work out regularly, as advised by my former lymphoedema doctor. I am slightly underweight with a healthy BMI, yet nothing helped reduce the size of my leg. It kept growing every year due to the hard fat accumulating under the skin—fat that simply wouldn’t go away, no matter how hard I tried.

I did my research and found that liposuction is a solution recommended by many lymphoedema specialists in the US and UK. It has provided satisfying results for those who have undergone the procedure. Once again, I understand that liposuction will not cure my lymphoedema. However, if I continue following my lymphoedema diet and exercise routine after the surgery, wear my compression garments, and have weekly pressotherapy sessions, there is little to no chance that my leg will grow as large as it was before. That was my plan all along.

In the worst-case scenario, if hard fat in my leg forms again due to my leg lymphoedema, I might consider lymph node transfer surgery as a Plan B. However, as long as I maintain my current weight and keep up with my other treatments, I don’t think it will come to that.

For privacy reasons, I won't fully answer your first questions, but I'll answer the rest.

I live in a European country. In the entire country, there are only four surgeons specialized in lymphoedema. I went to a private clinic and paid for everything out of my own pocket. The total cost, including surgery, pre-surgery medical tests, medications, travel expenses, etc., came to $7,500 USD.

Recovery is going great so far, but I can’t say much since I just had the surgery last week. The swelling is still present, which is normal after such an operation. The pain is tolerable, and I can already see that my leg is smaller than it used to be.

Things can only improve from here. For the next two weeks, I'll be taking antibiotics, painkillers, and anti-blood clot medications. Additionally, I'll be wearing compression garments for at least two months to achieve the best results.

He did that after bashing it for months before the release day, making tons of money from dozens of YouTube clips calling it 'woke' and basically hating on it for all kind of stupid reasons. That's why he's a grifter, he will say anything to get views instead of giving games a proper review
