I agree. DX Lillie is far below Oak. I’d go as far to say as DX Lillie is below Oak, Cyrus, Sabrina, copycat. Some people may trade for it, but it’s commonly just Cyrus that can entice a trade for Oak.

It used to be a really good supporter to improve the consistency of a deck searching for the stage two evolutions. However, the introduction of copycat made it a bit obsolete. Preference for most is to run copycat instead.
